I am studying in bachelor 2nd year on the course in BHM Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. I am interested in to make new dishes and communicate with new people for to improve my skill and also in participating in the programmes like IFT (International food testing) which was organized in our university. IFT means preparing international dish and served to the guest who are came to our collage for tasting. There are 6 cuisine that I have participating (Caribbean, Turkish, Norwegian, Vietnamese, West African and dessert). I will practice cutting on home in my free time and helping Mom on kitchen for cooking. In free time I was reading books and watching movie. Nowadays I am enjoying my free time by watching world cup. After graduation I will work on hotel and get experience and knowledge. After this, If possible, I would like to open my own hotel and promote our local food and culture in modern way. Thank you
